All goods, services, and activities of Livelihood LLC (referred to as “Livelihood”) and the participation of Users in Livelihood are subject to the requirements of state and federal law and the terms and conditions of the completed subscription to service completed by each User.

Terms

By accessing Livelihood’s website at https://www.livelihood.co you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

This site and the materials herein are directed only to persons in the United States where Livelihood is authorized for operation.

Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Livelihood’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   
   1. modify or copy the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Livelihood’s website;
   4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
   5. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Livelihood at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

1. The materials on Livelihood’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Livelihood makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
2. Further, Livelihood does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event shall Livelihood or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Livelihood’s website, even if Livelihood or a Livelihood authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. The materials appearing on Livelihood’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Livelihood does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Livelihood may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Livelihood does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Livelihood has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Livelihood of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Modifications

Livelihood may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. Livelihood further reserves the right to modify the business model, including price adjustments for new and existing customers, of Livelihood at any time, subject to the provisions of the applicable terms and conditions and state and federal law.

Earnings and Payments

Payment Options

The payment options that Livelihood offers instructors are:

• PayPal
• Direct Deposit / ACH / E-check

Keep in mind that not all payment options are available in all countries. Livelihood does not offer checks as a payment option.

Processing Times

We send teacher payments on the 16th of each month through Tipalti. For example, you would receive payments for the minutes watched in your classes and referrals made from July 1st to July 31st on August 16th. If the 16th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, Skillshare will send your monthly payment on the closest preceding business day.

The time it takes for the funds to arrive in your account depends on the payout method you have selected and where the funds are being sent. Below are estimates of when you can expect to receive a payment once it is paid out by Skillshare:

• PayPal: Within 1 business day
• ACH (domestic bank transfer): Up to 3 business days
• E-Check (international bank transfer): Between 3 and 7 business days

Fees

Livelihood covers the transaction fees for PayPal, as well as direct deposit (includes ACH and E-check).

Earnings and Commissions

Instructors earn a commission on each course sale according to the revenue share set by Livelihood.

The commission percentage and any applicable fees are determined by the site administration and may vary by course or promotional arrangement.

Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount (after transaction fees, discounts, and taxes).

3. Minimum Payout Threshold
• Instructors must have a minimum available balance of $[X] before requesting a payout.
• Balances below the minimum threshold will remain in the instructor’s account until the total earnings reach the required amount.

4. Payout Eligibility Period
• To account for refunds and chargebacks, new earnings are subject to a [X]-day holding period before becoming available for withdrawal.
• Only funds older than this period will appear as withdrawable in the instructor’s dashboard.

5. Withdrawal Requests
• Once the minimum threshold and eligibility period are met, instructors may submit a withdrawal request from their Tutor LMS dashboard.
• Each withdrawal request is reviewed and must be approved by the site administrator before payment is processed.
• Requests that do not meet the criteria will be declined, and the instructor will be notified with the reason.

6. Payout Schedule
• Approved withdrawals are processed on or before the [Xth day] of each month.
• Payouts are made through [Payment Method, e.g., PayPal or bank transfer].
• Please ensure your payment details are correct and up to date in your profile to avoid delays.

7. Refunds and Adjustments
• If a student receives a refund after a payout has been made, the refunded amount may be deducted from the instructor’s future earnings.
• Repeated refund-related deductions may lead to suspension or review of instructor account activity.

Corporate Giving Policy

1% for Guaranteed Income

We founded Livelihood because we know businesses have the effect of creating jobs – a source of income that gives employees the ability to pay essential bills. We also know that founding a business is a risky endeavor, and any moment can endanger that source of income.

That is why we donate 1% of the profit we make from Entrepreneurs and Financiers to Livelihood Trust, our non-profit affiliate focused on an income safety net built by and for those of us who are one missed paycheck away from being unable to pay essential bills.

Content Submission Agreement

This Content Submission Agreement (“Agreement”) shall confirm certain of your rights and responsibilities. By uploading any data or information, or posting or submitting any content to Livelihood, LLC (“User Content”), you certify, represent and acknowledge that you wholly own the User Content or have the sole and exclusive right to permit Livelihood, LLC and its parents, members, managers, directors, shareholders, partners, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, successors, assigns, heirs and licensees (collectively, “Livelihood”) to use, edit, publish and otherwise utilize your User Content and your name in connection with your User Content without any obligation or liability to you or any other party whatsoever. You shall be solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your User Content. When you provide us with your User Content, you give Livelihood a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable (through multiple tiers) right and license to exercise any and all copyright, trademark, publicity and database rights that you have in the User Content in any and all formats or media now known or hereafter devised in the future. You further hereby grant to Livelihood the non-exclusive, irrevocable and unconditional right and license to describe, relate, broadcast, exhibit, transmit, publish, use, monetize, distribute and/or utilize your User Content in any such manner as Livelihood shall elect, in whole or in part, on the internet, in print and electronic form, in merchandising, publicity and advertising, or in any other media now known or hereafter created or devised throughout the universe in perpetuity. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall include, without limitation, the right to submit and license (and sublicense) your User Content to third-parties including, but not limited to, television broadcast networks, cable stations, pay, pay-per-view, satellite or free television networks, television syndicators, home video distributors, podcast/mobisode distributors, or any other third-party distributor (“Third Parties”) for the further utilization of your User Content in any format or media, including the development of a possible television and/or other audiovisual production. You agree that Livelihood and the Third Parties shall have the right to edit, change, add to, take from, rearrange, vary, embellish, alter, modify, revise, duplicate, translate, reformat and/or reprocess your User Content in any manner Livelihood or the Third Parties may in their sole discretion determine and to use it as Livelihood or the Third Parties in their sole discretion may determine and to make derivative works of the same, in whole or in part, without notifying you and without obligation to you. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final display or other utilization of your User Content now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or any other compensation arising from or related to the use of your User Content. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing the same. In connection with your User Content, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: (i) you are over 18 years of age, or are an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent and that you have the right and ability to enter into this Agreement and agree to the terms stated herein; (ii) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Livelihood to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content to enable inclusion and use of the User Content in the manner contemplated by Livelihood and these terms of use, without the consent of any third parties; (iii) you have not exclusively granted or assigned or otherwise transferred the rights in and to your User Content to any third parties; (iv) there are no claims, litigation, or other proceedings pending or threatened which could in any way impair, limit or diminish the rights in and to the User Content granted hereunder; (v) if any minors appear in the User Content, I am the mother, father or duly appointed guardian of such minors or have the irrevocable permission of the parents or duly appointed guardian(s) of such minor(s) to grant the rights in and to the User Content set forth herein; (vi) you are granting the rights in and to the User Content granted hereunder with the knowledge and understanding that Livelihood or the Third Parties may incur substantial expense in reliance thereon; and (vii) uploading or posting User Content shall constitute my signature and acceptance of this Agreement and these terms and have the same effect as if you had signed such an Agreement containing these terms and, upon request, you agree to sign a non-electronic version of this Agreement containing these terms and, until such time, a printed version of this Agreement shall be admissible in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement and these terms to the same extent and subject to the same terms and conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Livelihood does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Livelihood expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content. You understand and acknowledge that Livelihood does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any of your User Content. Livelihood does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on any of its websites, and Livelihood will remove all User Content if properly notified that such User Content infringes on another’s intellectual property rights. Livelihood reserves the right to remove User Content in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, and without any refund or other compensation. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIVELIHOOD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF USER CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR SUBMISSION OF USER CONTENT TO LIVELIHOOD, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF ANY AND ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION, AND/OR (IV) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY USER CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF ANY USER CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE ADVISED OR AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN YOUR APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT LIVELIHOOD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY, AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Livelihood, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to Livelihood; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive your use of Livelihood. 

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy

Livelihood respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, Livelihood will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to Livelihood’s Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, Livelihood will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing User Content and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by Livelihood or by a third party who has User Content to our website, please provide the following information to the designated Agent listed below: 

• A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; 
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site; 
• An address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you and, if different, an email address where the alleged infringing party, if not Livelihood, can contact you; 
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or other intellectual property rights owner, by its agent, or by law; 
• A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; 
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Livelihood may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event Livelihood removes the allegedly infringing User Content, Livelihood will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such User Content that Livelihood removed or disabled access to the User Content. Livelihood may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.

Artificial Intelligence Policy

This AI clause (the “AI Terms”) govern your access to and use of Livelihood’s AI-powered products which create text, and images, templates, etc. (the “AI Products”). We reserve the right to update the AI clause from time to time.

The AI Terms are incorporated by reference into Livelihood’s Terms & Conditions available at https://livelihood.co/terms/ (the “General Terms”) or other agreements governing the use of Livelihood’s services.

Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the General Terms. In the event of any conflict between certain provisions of the AI Terms and the provisions of the General Terms, the provisions of the AI Terms shall prevail over the conflicting provisions of the General Terms, solely with respect to the AI Products.

Technology Partners

Livelihood uses technology provided by third-party service providers to provide the AI Products (the “Technology Partners”). Livelihood solely serves as a platform to such services offered by the Technology Partners, and such services are not vetted, endorsed, or controlled by Livelihood. Livelihood does not hold any responsibility with respect to your use or access to the services provided by the Technology Partners, including with respect to its availability or its results. Livelihood will not be a party to any interaction between you and the Technology Partner. 

You acknowledge that any use of the services provided by the Technology Partners, such as OpenAI, LLC, Stability AI Ltd., Azure, Anthropic, etc., are governed by policies, terms and conditions of such Technology Partners and which may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Technology Partners, which you must review prior to your use of Technology Partners’ platforms.

You acknowledge that any text you type in, images, or other content you upload to the AI Products (the “Input”), including any personal data you choose to include within that Input, will be shared with the Technology Partners, in order to provide you with the Technology Partner services. The Technology Partners may use such Input to train and improve their services. You acknowledge and agree that our Privacy Policy applies to Livelihood’s use of your personal data, however, You understand that the use of your personal data included in the Input transferred to our Technology Partners shall be subject to the Technology Partners’ policies, if and as applicable, and that Livelihood is not responsible to their use of your personal data.

Acceptable Use Policy

You hereby agree, when using the AI Products, not to create any harmful content. All limitations which apply in these AI Terms, including with respect to the content, will apply to your usage of the AI Products, mutatis mutandis.  We will not allow any use of AI Products that violates these Terms or Livelihood’s Terms of Service, and we may suspend or terminate your account and/or usage if we find that you are using it in this way, or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Restrictions

In addition to the matters listed in our Terms of Service, it is prohibited to use the AI Products to: (i) mislead anyone that the content generated by AI Products is human-generated; (ii) provide medical advice or any content regarding the treatment, prevention, diagnosis or transmission of diseases; (iii) provide legal advice; (iv) generate contracts or legally binding obligations; (v) generate political content including for dissemination in electoral campaigns; (vi) generate spam, ransomware, keyloggers, viruses or other software; (viii) generate nudity or shocking content including obscene gestures, bodily fluids or other profane subjects; (ix) generate or disseminate information to be used for the administration of justice or other legal purposes; or to (x) implement fully-automated decision making.

Legal Notice

You are responsible for any Input, as well as the resulting material you generate, such as images or text (“Output”). Any use of the Output is at your sole risk, under the terms set forth herein and the terms of the specific Technology Partner who provided the services with respect to an Output.

You acknowledge that the Outputs are generated by the AI Product of the Technology Partners on a non-exclusive basis and may be provided to other users as well. We cannot guarantee that the Outputs will be unique or will not be similar to Outputs of other users. We highly recommend that you receive legal advice regarding the usage of the Output, and you do so at your own risk. You hereby waive any claim with respect to any similar or identical outputs that may be generated by other users.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Input and Output (i) comply at all times with the AI Terms and our Terms of Service; (ii) do not violate any applicable law or other applicable terms and conditions; (iii) do not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any of our rights or the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights. We strongly recommend you consult and receive legal advice with respect to your use of the Outputs, and assure that the Output is free of any adverse claims and is not subject to any third-party rights. 

You shall not include any sensitive personal data (including data that reveals political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health data or data concerning your sex life or sexual orientation) in any Input to the AI Products. In the event that any of your Input or Output is alleged to be unlawful or otherwise in breach of the AI Terms, you acknowledge that Livelihood may disclose such content to law enforcement or other governmental authorities, or in response to a court order. Livelihood may impose limits on the number of Outputs you can create with the AI Products. To the extent necessary, you will be notified when you have reached the maximum number of Outputs for your account. The AI Product may not be available in all languages.

You give Livelihood the right to host your Input and Output on our platform and use it to market and improve our products and services.

Free Trial

We may make one or more aspects of the AI Products available for a trial period at no charge at our sole discretion. The right to access and use the AI Products will be terminated upon you reaching the usage limit, which may change from time to time subject to our sole discretion. Following the free trial, and unless you purchase a subscription to the applicable AI Products, you will no longer be able to access the AI Products.

Disclaimer

1. General. The Output is generated by artificial intelligence, and you use it at your sole risk. You understand that the Output may be inaccurate or offensive, may infringe third parties’ intellectual property rights and is not unique. You should not rely on the Output without independently checking its accuracy with a lawyer, and its potential infringement on third parties’ rights. You acknowledge that Livelihood has not verified the accuracy of the Output and it does not represent Livelihood’s views. Livelihood makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Output, nor the legal possibility to use the Output or whether it infringes on third parties’ rights and shall not have any liability or responsibility arising in any way from the Output or any omissions or errors contained in the Output. We recommend that you obtain professional and independent advice before you act on any advice contained in the Output, rely on the accuracy of the Output, or Use of the Output, in any way. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT LIVELIHOOD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIVITIES OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR USE OF THE AI PRODUCTS OR ITS OUTPUTS, INCLUDING IN CASE THAT A THIRD PARTY WILL HAVE A CLAIM AGAINST YOU FOLLOWING THE USAGE OF SUCH AI PRODUCTS.
2. Compliance with Applicable Laws. You are responsible for using the AI Products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which such users are domiciled, reside, or are located at the time of such access or use, as well as these AI Terms and the applicable technology partners terms with respect to the AI product.
3. No Warranties. The AI Product and the services that are available to you are provided to you on an “as is” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the AI Product and the Output, and assume any risks associated with use of the Technology Partners’ services.
4. Beta Disclaimer. The AI Products are currently released as beta, which means that they may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that may affect AI Products’ performance or functionality. We are constantly working to improve and refine the AI Products, but please be aware that AI Products  are provided “as-is” and are not yet fully stable or reliable. By using the AI Products during the beta phase, you understand and accept that: (a) the AI Products may produce unexpected or inaccurate results; (b) the AI Products may not function as expected or advertised; (c) the AI Products may require further training and optimization; (d) Your data may be at risk of loss or corruption. We strongly encourage users to report any issues or bugs they encounter so that we can address them promptly. Please note that (i) we reserve the right to make changes to the AI Products, including adding or removing features, with or without prior notice; (ii) the performance of the AI Products may vary depending on the quality and quantity of the input data. We cannot guarantee that the AI Products will always provide accurate or useful results.
5. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIVELIHOOD BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE BETA FEATURES. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES EVEN IF LIVELIHOOD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Removal Requests. If Livelihood receives a removal request related to your content or to your content, Livelihood may, at its sole discretion, remove such content in whole or in part, with or without providing you with a prior notice, and without having to investigate such claim. Livelihood reserves the right to notify the person or entity providing the infringement notice of such removal at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT NEITHER LIVELIHOOD NOR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS, IN NO EVENT, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF LIVELIHOOD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, RESULTING FROM: (A) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE AI PRODUCTS OR ANY RELATED INFORMATION; (B) CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING OTHER USERS) OF THE AI PRODUCTS; OR (C) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE AI PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT WILL LIVELIHOOD’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LOWER. IF YOU ARE MERELY DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE AI PRODUCTS OR WITH THESE AI TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE THE USE OF THE AI PRODUCTS.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees, costs, penalties, interest and disbursements) we incur in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any claim or demand from a third party relating to your use of the AI Product.

Intellectual Property Rights

Except for the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, no license or other rights (express or implied) in or to the AI Products or the Output are granted, assigned, licensed or conveyed to you.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on our AI Products. Livelihood may also share your feedback with our Technology Partners.

No Refund Policy

There will be no refunds provided for any fees paid by you, including but not limited to subscription fees or one-time purchase fees, once you made the purchase.

Fair Use Policy

Users are granted unlimited access to Livelihood’s AI Products, subject to fair use limitations. Fair use is defined as the use of the service in a manner that does not exceed reasonable and customary levels of usage. If the user’s usage exceeds reasonable and customary levels, Livelihood reserves the right to ask the user to upgrade to a more suitable plan that better accommodates their usage needs or take other appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access.

Eligibility and Identification

When registering for the Services, we may authenticate your identity through different third-party services and may require additional identification. The Services are intended for use by users of at least eighteen (18) years old. If you register for our services, you hereby declare that you are eighteen (18) years old or older and undertake to monitor your account to ensure that no minors under that age have access to the Services.

Adhering To Your Local Laws & Regulations

By using the AI Product, you agree to adhere to all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of the product. In the event that one of our Technology Partners is no longer permitted in your country, your use of the AI Product is entirely at your own risk, and Livelihood shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from such use. Livelihood reserves the right to discontinue the services of any Technology Partner, or the AI Product as deemed necessary, and you acknowledge and agree that you have no recourse against Livelihood should such action be taken.

Copyright Removal Request

If you believe that your copyright-protected work was used through Livelihood’s Services without your authorization, you can contact legal@livelihood.co to request that the content be removed.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
